- Provide high-level service, support and administration to Director Researcher Development and members of Researcher Development Team at GRS in delivering research development activities: This includes:
- Maintenance of annual schedule of Researcher Development (RD) programs and activities
- Scheduling speaker and facilitator involvement in Researcher Development programs and activities
- Liaising with speakers/facilitators to ensure that their needs are met on the day of the workshop and in distribution of resources or communication after the workshop
- Managing and maintaining records on researcher development workshops including enrolments, waiting lists, payments
- Establish and maintain various UTS Online Researcher Development pages for both student and academic use, including maintenance of the compulsory Research Integrity Modules (RIM)
- Manage user access for all learning environments
- Uploading workshop materials for external/non-GRS facilitators
- Design, implement and manage effective collection, entry and collation of, and participate in analysis and reporting of data, related to RD activities
- Collaborate with the Graduate Research Engagement Administrator and the Marketing & Communications Unit to effectively market and promote the researcher development programs at UTS
- Update, maintain and continually improve researcher development information on external-facing and internal web pages
- Advertise researcher development programs through a range of mediums including newsletters, email marketing, social media and other University units
- Liaise with relevant UTS units to ensure online information about researcher development programs is effective and engaging
- Process registrations and re-registrations of HDR supervisors
- Support Researcher Growth and Capacity team as requested
- Demonstrated ability to interpret policy and provide advice to a range of client groups in an appropriate manner
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritise workload and to meet deadlines in order to complete tasks and achieve objectives
- Demonstrated ability to produce work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in a high volume environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated capacity to provide a high quality client-focused customer service
- High level interpersonal, negotiation and relationship building skills with the ability to maintain good collaborative working relationships with a diverse range of people and networks
Remuneration & Benefits
Base Salary Range: $68,290 to $78,125 pa (HEW 5)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time and appointment will be made on a continuing basis.
