The Queensland Health Database of Research Activity (DoRA) has been released.

DoRA is a publicly accessible, online database storing all Queensland Health human research, not just clinical trials. It is a first for an Australian public health organisation.

The database allows researchers, the public and other stakeholders to search for and view summary level information about research being conducted across Queensland Health facilities. This:

  • facilitates greater collaboration and communication between researchers;
  • improves patients' access to research information; and
  • raises awareness about the benefits of health and medical research.
