About the opportunity
The Program Manager, Gadigal Centre (Identified) has been designated for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people only under the provisions of section 126 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW)
Reporting to the Director, Gadigal Centre, the Program Manager, Gadigal Centre (Identified) will oversee the creation and delivery of all strategic programs and initiatives relating to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student success at The Gadigal Centre. This role includes all phases of learning and wellbeing assistance for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students delivered by the Centre's Advancement and Engagement Coordinators and provides leadership in identifying and addressing trends, areas for improvement and pockets of good practice across the University.

- has strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills together with effective leadership and people management skills.
- has demonstrated knowledge of the various Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and organisation in the local regions.
- has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- financial and budgetary management skills - desirable.
