ABOUT THE ROLE

Kaufland Australia is now ready for an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Manager to join our high performing Quality Assurance team. This is your opportunity to ensure we are providing the highest quality goods to our customers. This is a unique chance to start something new!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Active involvement in Product Development i.e. creation of product specifications, participation in sensory analysis sessions etc.
• In charge of QA responsibilities for designated product categories i.e. dairy, meat etc.
• Provide regulatory affairs support to our Buying Teams in relation to legislation and company policies for the composition and labelling of private label products
• Develop and continuously improve quality assurance systems and processes
• Lead a variety of projects based on business needs
• Work closely with the testing labs

WHAT YOU NEED

• Bachelor of Food Technology/Science/Microbiology or similar
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of production in relevant categories
• Strong regulatory affairs knowledge
