You will have extensive clinical experience within the field of Medical Radiation Science specifically in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI); and will be able to demonstrate education experience within the clinical and/or academic setting. You will be responsible for teaching a range of subjects that include all aspects of MRI, with specialisation specific content relating to professional practice, imaging anatomy, imaging pathology and/or instrumentation. It will be expected that multiple teaching methods (face to face and online delivery) methods are utilised. This position will also teach students on other campuses via video links and may also be expected to teach into Master level courses in Medical Radiation Science. The appointee will participate in the administration and ongoing curriculum development and progress an active research profile that aligns with both the University and Schools direction. The successful candidate will be appointed as either Teaching Research or Teaching Focused, based on the candidate's research track record. To be successful you will have:

• A postgraduate qualification relevant to medical radiation science or equivalent accreditation and standing
• Minimally three years' clinical experience in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) after completion of a Bachelor qualification relevant to medical radiation science or medicine
• Experience in teaching medical radiation science, as a lecturer, tutor, demonstrator or supervisor, in a patient clinic setting or a tertiary education institution
• Demonstrated high level written and oral communication in English and interpersonal skills including negotiating, presenting, active listening and the giving and receiving of constructive feedback
• Eligibility for registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner or Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) will be highly regarded
