The Role

• Fixed Term (up to 2 years), Full Time
• $92,117 to $109,391 pa (plus Super)
• Canberra

You will teach and undertake subject development in undergraduate and post graduate financial crime and Anti Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) programs for internal and online students. In addition, lecturers will also be expected to supervise Research Higher Degree (RHD) students. As research academics, lecturers will be required to lead research and engage in professional activity in related discipline areas. Developing and maintaining sound relationships with industry agencies is an integral component of the responsibilities of this position.

To be successful you will have

• academic and/or professional experience in the control of financial crime and/or AML/CTF across a number of international jurisdictions to reflect the global reach of financial crime and AML/CTF programs within the University;
• curriculum writing experience to build and sustain high quality educational programs;
• experience in undertaking financial crime research to support the university's education programs, RHD students and meet research targets;
• Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships, networks and relationships to achieve professional and team objectives;
