The Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health has more than 600 staff and students who are passionately committed to researching the way the brain works. We are internationally renowned for our discoveries and research on the central nervous system and associated brain disorders.

Key areas of interest include addiction, Alzheimer’s disease, cardiovascular disease, depression, epilepsy, Huntington’s disease, motor neuron disease, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, schizophrenia, stroke and traumatic and spinal cord injury.

About the role:

An excellent opportunity is available for a highly motivated individual to join an outstanding team of scientists and staff, and work within the Clinical Research Group at 155 Oak Street, Parkville.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating participant visits including liaising with a multidisciplinary team across separate institutions. Participant recruitment and promote study awareness. Maintaining ethical and regulatory study approvals, contracts and budgets.

About you:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Bachelor of Nursing or similar discipline with relevant clinical trial experience
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Holder a current Victorian Drivers Licence

The salary on offer is in the range of $76,057 (RA4) - $88,116 (RA8) commensurate with experience, plus generous superannuation and salary packaging options.
