We now have an exciting position for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow/ Research Officer based on our Cairns campus in picturesque North Queensland.
About the role
The Postdoctoral Research Fellow/ Research Officer will work within a successful research team that has a proven track record in high quality research outcomes in the area of immunology of tuberculosis. You will investigate particular aspects of host immunity with important implications for tuberculosis vaccine development. This is a full-time, grant-supported position for up three years and may be extended to four years based upon satisfactory progress.

About you
As someone with either a PhD in immunology or microbiology, or the relevant work experience as a Research Assistant, you will want to make a difference to the lives of people in the tropics worldwide by successfully creating a new vaccine against Tuberculosis.
