Are you passionate about enhancing and building new growth opportunities for students? We are seeking a driven and innovative Engagement Manager to join us in this exciting collaborative role to lead sustainable partnerships and help develop various CSIRO STEM programs.
Managed by CSIRO Education and Outreach (CEdO) unit, Generation STEM is a long-term initiative working with industry, government and education sectors to attract, support, train and retain students in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) career pathways. As part of this initiative, we currently have three programs being delivered throughout NSW:
As the Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in building sustainable and collaborative networks with a range of industry partners. You will use your business development and stakeholder management skills to contribute to the leadership of the program with a particular focus on increasing industry and participant engagement. Your role will have a focus of developing and implementing engagement strategies to boost participation across all Generation STEM’s programs, and will be responsible for building & maintaining ongoing relationships with external organisations to promote the programs and increase their longevity and sustainability.

Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary: AU$102K – AU$111K pa + up to 15.4% superannuation
Tenure: Specified Term until 31 December 2023; Full-time (preferred)
