The Position
This role suits a creative biomedical researcher with the ability to apply and adapt molecular techniques in new and exciting contexts. This role provides the opportunity to expand your repertoire of genomic and epigenomic methods. The successful applicant will support the delivery of novel evolutionary and environmental science outcomes for the management of Australia’s biodiversity. This role is embedded in a team working on some of Australia’s most valuable historical specimens housed within CSIRO’s National Research Collections. The project aims to discover long-term gene-environment interactions using our historical collections and characterise changes in gene regulation within the Australian biota.

Salary: AU$82k - AU$93k plus up to 15.4% superannuation
