Are you committed to high-quality research in Pharmacokinetics, and a culture of integrity, respect and excellence?

The School of Pharmacy leadership team is seeking to recruit research academics with personal and professional attributes that will enhance the School’s research performance and contribute to research growth in the fields of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Pharmacology. This is one of three new research academic positions with modest teaching loads to foster high-calibre research achievements. Success in these roles will be defined by outstanding performance metrics and contribution to a world-class research culture.

This opportunity will suit an accomplished academic or researcher with expertise in Pharmacokinetics and a capacity to teach undergraduate and postgraduate students in the discipline area. To be successful you require a doctoral qualification in Pharmacokinetics or a closely related field. A registrable qualification in Pharmacy and professional experience as a clinical pharmacist would be highly regarded but is not essential for this position.

The School of Pharmacy provides the only Bachelor of Pharmacy degree in WA and delivers a Master of Pharmacy (Graduate Entry) degree. Both courses are fully accredited by the Australian Pharmacy Council. Graduate research programs (MPhil and PhD) are a strategic priority and are managed by the Deputy Head of School.

The School of Pharmacy is based in Bentley within a biomedical sciences precinct, including the new Curtin Medical School.

Applications close: 5pm, Monday 7th December 2015
