Environmental and Specialist Scientist Roles

Location: Cairns or Townsville, Queensland

NRA Environmental Consultants, an independent Australian company established in 1984 with a reputation for providing credible high quality services, employs dedicated environmental practitioners who use their expertise in natural resource management to provide practical solutions for our industry, resource and government clients.

As part of our ongoing development, NRA is seeking candidates for senior and principal roles available in our Cairns and Townsville offices. Applicants should have appropriate tertiary qualifications and relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • botany
  • ecology
  • freshwater aquatic ecology
  • environmental approvals and compliance.

Candidates should possess the intellectual skills, technical proficiency and wisdom necessary to make a positive contribution to the NRA team. Candidates will need to be dedicated to assisting our clients to fulfil their obligations, and must be able to demonstrate their experience in applied studies, problem solving, and excellent technical report writing and communication skills necessary for working as part of a professional team.
