What you'll be doing
The primary purpose of the Cardiac Research Manager is to coordinate the strategic, operational, financial, and workforce functions of the Cardiac Research program within the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network.
 
The role holder will directly manage research staff, including medical students and contingent workers, and will coordinate general operational activities to support the Cardiac Research team.    
 
The Cardiac Research Manager is responsible for maintaining effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including Workforce Services, Finance, Kids Research, Public Relations and patients and their families. They will work in partnership with universities and external research collaborators and stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of research outcomes and meet grant funding deliverables.
