Tennis Australia (TA) is one of the largest sports governing body, entertainment and sports rights-holder, and media production houses in Asia-Pacific. To help achieve the next phase of growth for our organisation we are looking for a Research Analyst to join our Marketing and Insights team.

About the role

Reporting to the Head of Analytics, Insights and Personalisation, in this role you will extract the value from Tennis Australia's data assets and to turn disparate sources of information into insights and then action. You will work in a centralised Data & Insights team, providing analysis to support the marketing team as well as other business units within the organisation.

In this role you will;

• Work collaboratively to design and execute AO patron research and economic impact assessment
• Design and implement in-tournament & post tournament reporting
• Write reports and provide insightful cometary for your stakeholders
• Support the Digital & Customer Analyst to deliver basic digital analytics support to internal stakeholders
• Consult with multiple stakeholders across the business on projects requiring research & analysis

About you

What you will bring to the role:

• Demonstrated experience in designing research surveys, conducting analysis and report writing
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent time and workload management skills
• Through understanding of the Tennis and AO landscape
• Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• A curiosity to interrogate data and glean insights
• You must hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 + super
