About the opportunity 

The Accreditation & Policy Coordinator is responsible for leading and managing the coordination and implementation of accreditation and policy requirements and associated processes in the Faculty. The Coordinator is tasked with assuring internal and external accreditation requirements and compliance with accrediting body and regulatory standards (e.g. Academic Board, TEQSA, EQUIS, Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB)) and ensuring the ongoing readiness for accreditation and on time submission of associated reports.

The position is responsible for mitigating regulatory compliance risks through a focus on developing an organisational approach to quality improvement standards, accreditation best practice and innovation.

  • a relevant degree qualification with subsequent relevant experience
  • confirmed experience in accreditation functions, processes and systems
  • excellent, demonstrated project management skills and experience
  • highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including report writing
  • demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams
  • experience with using databases, information management and other systems
