About the opportunity 

The Evaluation Manager reports to the Head, Quality and Analytics and is responsible for managing administration and reporting of student and graduate surveys, managing reporting of Education key performance indicators and strategic initiative indicators, leading the evaluation of the Portfolio’s programs, implementation of new processes and procedures as required, leading communications regarding the Group’s evaluation activities, providing strategic advice, and stakeholder engagement.

In this position, you will:

• manage administration and reporting for the University’s student and graduate surveys
• manage reporting for the Education Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Strategic Initiative Indicators (SIIs)
• lead the implementation of evaluation of DVCE Portfolio ongoing programs, schemes, and initiatives
• lead communications and develop resources regarding all evaluation activities of the Group.

• postgraduate qualification in a quantitative field (or progress towards qualification), with extensive experience working with survey techniques and methodologies
• experience with management responsibility for a functional area and/or management of other staff
• demonstrated capacity to produce high quality reports, as well as briefing and discussion papers for both technical non-technical audiences
• extensive experience in using statistical packages (e.g. SPSS, STATA, SAS, MPlus, R)
