  • Level 6/7: $78,183 – $96,811 (pro-rata) + superannuation

The Research Services Office (RSO) is part of the Research and Innovation Division (RaID). The RSO is responsible for the management of contractual aspects of commercial research (consulting, contract research, collaborative research). The RSO works closely with the Innovation and Commercial Research (ICR) Business Development team, who are responsible for the management of Intellectual Property (IP) and commercialisation activity based on university IP.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting researchers in the submission of tenders and upon successful award of the tender, ensuring contracts are completed and executed correctly. You will provide detailed tender advice in conjunction with the Legal Services Unit and Finance to stakeholders across the University, ensuring that all tenders submitted meet the contractual requirements to achieve successful outcomes for the University.
