About the role
 
We have an opportunity for a Project and Research Officer to be part of our Workforce Safety team. The role is responsible for undertaking the analysis, evaluation and monitoring of NSWPF compensation systems, supporting business objectives to reduce claim costs and minimise the organisation compensation premiums for relevant schemes, reduce complexity and promote business efficiencies. The role drives projects using effective collaboration with stakeholders and ensures the delivery of high quality and innovative services and change programs.

Provide an example of when you have completed a request for complex analysis to solve a challenging business problem within a large and complex environment. Highlight the business problem to be solved and the analytical techniques you used.
